Base form, not salt
Semaglutide or tirzepatide base, the form used in the clinical research, not the cheaper salt form some compounders use. Stabilized with glycine, with vitamin B12. Compounded to 503A standards under USP <797> and <800>. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved.

How quickly will I see results?
Everyone's timeline is different. Month 1 builds the foundation: you start on a low dose so your body adjusts, and feeling little at first is common. Months 2-4 is where most people say "now I feel it."
In the published trials, people lost an average of 14.9% of their body weight on semaglutide (68 weeks) and 20.9% on tirzepatide (72 weeks). Those trials studied FDA-approved products, not compounded medication, and your results will vary.
Is this legitimate? How do I know it's safe?
Peak works with DrTelX, a telehealth network of state-licensed physicians and nurse practitioners, and with licensed 503A compounding pharmacies. A licensed clinician reviews your full history, usually within four hours, and tells you if treatment isn't right for you. GLP-1 medications can cause side effects, including nausea, and aren't right for everyone.

Is insurance required?
No. No prior authorizations, no denials, no surprise bills. One price covers your medication, supplies, shipping, and ongoing care, starting at $179 for your first month, and it stays the same at every dose. You can also use your FSA or HSA.
What states does Peak Wellness serve?

Are syringes included?
Yes. Syringes come with your shipment. Your account at my.trypeak.com has a dose assistant that walks you through how to inject and how much to use for your plan.
What ongoing support do I get?
A 1:1 welcome call with a health coach, monthly coach check-ins, weekly group coaching, and clinician messaging. Text or email real people 7 days a week. Anything clinical goes to your prescribing clinician.

What if I need to cancel or skip a month?
Cancel anytime. No contract and no cancellation fee. You can pause, skip, or cancel in your account portal or by emailing support@trypeak.com, and changes take effect at your next billing cycle.
